Druml Group E-Assessment System >Details
Performing a risk assessment for your firm can be a lengthy
process. There are over 55 risk factors to assess. The minimum
amount of time to study all of the risk factors and make the
best possible assessment of each is two hours. This presumes
that one person holds all of the knowledge about all of the
risk factors. In a larger company, the more likely scenario
is that knowledge about all the risk factors is divided between
two or more individuals. In this case, several days may be required
to gather all of the necessary information from others to make
an accurate assessment of risk.
During the risk assessment process, you may leave the site
and return at a later time to complete your work.Once you
have locked all of the risk factors you can generate the report.
The risk assessment report is a 35 page personalized document
that is meant for the sole use of your company. Once the report
is generated it is final and edits will no longer be permitted.
You will, however, be able to repeatedly regenerate the same
report and reprint it at any time until no activity has occurred
for 18 months. At that point the report will be removed from
our system.
You will be able to refresh your report as often as you would
like while it remains on our system. You would likely refresh
a report by reassessing risk factors that have changed, presumably
to a lower level of risk. Continually monitoring your own
progress in this manner is the kind of disciplined behavior
required to ensure company success. Every time a report is
refreshed it will become a new report file that will be maintained
on our system for an 18-month period. Once refreshed, you
can repeatedly generate and reprint the report as always.
A complete history of all your reports will remain on-line
until no activity has occurred on any report for over 18 months.
